RR INTEC IT Consulting Return and Exchange Policy
At RR INTEC IT Consulting, your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process directly at our store.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from your purchase date to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Item Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- You must present the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return and Exchange Process (In-Store Only)
All returns and exchanges are processed directly at our location.

- Visit Our Store: Go to: 7914 Kingspointe Parkway, Suite 112b, Orlando, FL 32819 during our business hours:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sundays: Closed
- Present the Item: Bring the item you wish to return or exchange, along with your purchase receipt.
- Inspection and Approval: Our store staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Processing: If the return or exchange is approved, we will proceed as follows:
4. Refund or Exchange Options
Once your return is approved, we’ll offer you the following options:
- Refund to Original Payment Method: The refund will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
- Store Credit: You can opt for store credit, which you can use for future purchases at RR INTEC IT Consulting.
- Exchange for Another Item: If you want to exchange for the same item (in case of a defect) or for an item of similar value, we’ll help you find the perfect product in the store. If the new item has a different cost, the corresponding adjustment will be applied (partial refund or additional payment).
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at (407) 271-4464 or [email protected]. We’ll assess the problem and guide you through the process for a replacement or refund. In these cases, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and at no additional cost to you.
