1. Availability:

• All products purchased on https://rrintecit.com/ are available solely for pickup at our physical location. We do not offer home delivery options at this time.

2. Pickup Cost:

• Picking up your order at our store is absolutely FREE.

3. Pickup Address:

4. Pickup Hours:

• Your order will be available for pickup during our business hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Sundays: Closed
• Please note that these hours may vary on public holidays. We recommend checking our contact page for the latest updates.

5. Pickup Process:

• Step 1: Place your order. Select the “In-Store Pickup” option when you check out.
• Step 2: Order Confirmation. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
• Step 3: Order Ready for Pickup. We’ll send you a second email notification titled “Order Ready for Pickup” as soon as your purchase is prepared. Please wait to receive this email before coming to the store, as this ensures your item is ready and available for you.
• Step 4: Collect your order. When you come to pick up your order, please bring with you:
  • Your official identification (driver’s license, state ID, etc.).
  • The “Order Ready for Pickup” email (printed or on your mobile device).

6. Order Preparation Time:

• Orders are prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive the “Order Ready for Pickup” notification once it’s set.
